Editorial Policy
Sun Insight Lab publishes educational content to help everyday investors think more clearly — built around the Stock Investment Simulator and supported by plain-English articles and analysis. These standards explain how we create and maintain that content.
1. Originality and value
We publish original explanations, worked examples, diagrams, and checklists designed to teach a concept clearly. We avoid thin, low-value pages and copied content. Each Resources article and Analysis post aims to leave the reader with a concrete, reusable idea.
2. Sourcing and accuracy
Articles are written from public market data and clearly stated assumptions. The simulator's figures come from historical monthly closing prices sourced via Yahoo Finance. Where a post cites a specific number or historical event, we aim to verify it against public sources, and we label illustrative or approximate figures as such.
3. Use of AI tools
We use AI tools to help draft, edit, and produce diagrams. All published content is reviewed and edited by a human (Sun Insight Lab) for accuracy, clarity, and tone before it goes live. We do not publish unreviewed machine output, and the editorial responsibility for every page rests with us.
4. Not investment advice
All content is educational and general in nature. We do not provide individualized recommendations, price targets presented as advice, or buy/sell/hold calls. See our Disclaimer.
5. Corrections
If a factual error is reported or found, we review the claim and update the content when the evidence supports a correction. Material corrections are reflected in the page's "Last updated" date. To report an issue, use our Contact page.
6. Independence and advertising
The Site is supported by advertising (e.g., Google AdSense). Advertising is kept separate from editorial content and never determines what we write or which assets we feature. If sponsored or affiliate content is ever added, it will be clearly disclosed.
7. Content safety
We do not publish misleading earnings claims, deceptive investment language, "get-rich-quick" schemes, or other prohibited content. Featuring an asset in the simulator or an article reflects reader interest and educational relevance — never an endorsement.
